Orders submitted over our secure server not only go to the web-based customer database that we create for you, but also go directly to your credit card processor via gateway software.

When a new order is submitted to your customer database, the merchant is automatically notified by e-mail auto-responder. You will also receive e-mail notification from your credit card processor indicating that the transaction has either been approved or declined.

Enables return customers to place new orders without having to re-enter contact info simply by logging in with User ID and password.

The following modification capabilities will be available to the merchant from any standard web browser:

• View all products
  
• Update products (Change existing product names, descriptions, categories, prices, or item numbers)
• Delete products
• Add new products
  

This feature allows the merchant to:

• View all photos in the database
  
• Replace any photo with any other
• Delete photos
• Add new photos . . .
  

You will have the capability to move orders from your current customer database to a filled order database and then to a customer history database with the simple click of a button. With this feature the customer receives a second e-mail indicating their credit card has been charged and their order has been shipped.

Your own unique search engine will enable your customers to search you products by keyword, product name, or number.

All your customers will have to do is enter the Coupon Code on the Checkout page for the offer they select, and that offer will automatically be reflected in their order subtotal.

While only one coupon will work per order, your customers may use any of the coupons with any other or future order until they expire.

The following are sample coupon codes and offers:

Gift Certificates may be purchased on-line as a product in your shopping cart in denominations of: $ 25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00

Each gift certificate will come with a unique certificate code.

Gift certificates may be redeemed in person at your retail location or on the Checkout Page of your secure on-line shopping cart system.

Your customers will simply enter the Gift Certificate Code in the appropriate box on the Checkout Page, and the amount of their Gift Certificate will automatically be deducted from their order subtotal.

Unlike the Coupon Codes, each Gift Certificate Code may only be used only ONCE. In other words, your Checkout Page will be programmed to validate, calculate, and deactivate each certificate code.
